Dr. Ashley Ray
Profile
Dr. Ashley Ray is happily married to his wife, Carrie, for over 25 years. Together they have 2 children, Harrison (22) & Anna Grace (18).
Dr. Ashley is 47 years old and was saved at a young age. He was called into ministry at the age of 15. He was the youngest ordained preacher under Dr. Adrian Rogers at Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis, TN.
Dr. Ashley’s hobbies include hunting, fishing, golf, and tennis.
His greatest loves are Jesus, Carrie, his children and the local Bride of Christ.
Experience
Dr. Ashley Ray has over 28 years of experience as a Senior pastor of 4 previous churches. His experience includes a variety of different size congregations that range from small-town country churches to a big city church in Memphis, TN. Dr. Ashley is a member of the Tennessee Baptist Mission Board and has a special focus of work with deacon ministry.
Education
Dr. Ashley Ray has a BA from Union University, Master of Divinity from Mid America Baptist Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
